March 17, 2020:  As of this morning, the City of Winchester is in a State of Emergency. This is a proactive decision intended to protect our community and maximize relief efforts in the event of a local outbreak. Please continue to make the individual decisions that will best protect you, your families, your neighbors, and your colleagues.

Though City offices are now closed to the public, including the Old Town Welcome Center, all services remain in place and all employees are reachable by phone or email. If there is anything we can do for you in these difficult circumstances, please let us know! We remain dedicated to the health of our community members and our incredible small businesses, and we are actively seeking out all possible resources to help get through this together!
