There will be an Old Town Winchester Downtown Business Stakeholder Meeting on Wednesday, August 30 at the OakCrest Education Room (126 N. Kent Street, Winchester, VA 22601). The event will include an informal meet and greet with the new City of Winchester Development Services Director Shawn Hershberger at 6:00pm followed by the formal meeting at 6:30 p.m.with opening remarks by Shawn Hershberger.
