Old Town Advancement Commission – Promotions Committee meetings are typically held the first Monday of each month. The October meeting will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Old Town Welcome Center, 33 E. Boscawen Street. All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
