The Old Town Advancement Commission - Design Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, January 24 at 8:30 a.m. in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of Rouss City Hall.  All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
