The Old Town Advancement Commission – Economic Vitality Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, April 10 at 9:00 a.m. in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of Rouss City Hall.  All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
