The Old Town Advancement Commission Design Committee will hold regular monthly meetings on the third Monday of every month at 9:00 a.m. in the City Hall 3rd Floor Loudoun Conference Room (15 N. Cameron Street, Winchester, VA 22601). All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
