Old Town Advancement Commission – Design Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, December 16 at 9:00 a.m. in the Rouss City Hall, 3rd Floor Loudoun Conference Room. All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
