ShenArts and Old Town Winchester invite the businesses of Old Town to decorate storefronts and windows for a creative celebration and contest. Submit your best photos on our website by December 10 to be included.

The public is invited to visit all the participating merchants, view their festive handiwork, and vote for three favorites based on creativity and curb appeal for the People’s Choice awards. Voting takes place here from December 11-18.
