Old Town Advancement Commission – Promotions Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, January 6, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. in the Old Town Welcome Center, 33 E. Boscawen Street. All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
