Old Town Advancement Commission meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Rouss City Hall. Meetings are currently being held in the 4th Floor Exhibit Hall. All regular meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
