The Old Town Advancement Commission Promotions Committee will hold regular monthly meetings on the first Monday of every month, except in September, at 5:30 p.m. in the Old Town Welcome Center (33 E. Boscawen Street, Winchester, VA 22601). Meeting location is subject to change. All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
