Old Town Advancement Commission – Promotions Committee meetings are typically held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. in Rouss City Hall. Meetings are currently being held in Council Chambers. All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
