Old Town Advancement Commission - Organization Committee meetings are typically held the first Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are currently being held in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of Rouss City Hall.  All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public. Note:  All remaining Committee Meetings for 2020 have been cancelled.
