Old Town Advancement Commission – Organization Committee will hold a meeting on Wednesday, October 30 at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are currently being held in the 3rd Floor Conference Room of Rouss City Hall.  All regular committee meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public.
