The Old Town Advancement Commission was awarded a $10,000 grant from the Department of Housing & Community Development to assist with funding small businesses that are being impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
These grants are for eligible for-profit retail, professional service, and restaurant establishments located within the primary and secondary districts of Old Town Winchester. Grants of up to $500 will be awarded on a rolling basis until all of the funding is exhausted.
Please be aware that OTAC reserves the right to partially fund requests. Priority will be given to businesses that have maintained payroll of one or more of their employees since March 10th , and that can demonstrate how they have creatively adapted their business operations to the Governor’s Stay at Home Order. Businesses which received a Disaster Relief Funding Loan through the Winchester EDA are unfortunately ineligible at this time.
