Winchester’s Musical Heritage at Handley Library

Join us in celebrating Winchester’s 275th Anniversary by recognizing and remembering one of Winchester’s own- the country music legend, Patsy Cline.   Tracey Wygal will pay tribute to this local iconic voice on August 24th at 2pm in the beautiful Handley Robinson Auditorium.
