Are you ready to get in shape? In partnership with Valley Health and its Wellness Center, Old Town Winchester will feature a new event this summer: Shape Up Sundays. Held one Sunday per month, June 18, July 23, August 20, and September 17, the event will feature multiple free outdoor classes including yoga, aerobics, running, climbing and even kickboxing.
Each Sunday between 10:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., event partners including Valley Health, Dharma Yoga Studio, Mountain Trails and Runners’ Retreat, will lead a number of classes at the Taylor Pavilion. On select days and in addition to regular classes, Runner’s Retreat will host a group run, while Mountain Trails will recommend a hike at one of the Shenandoah Valley’s local hiking trails.
