The City of Winchester has extended the Old Town Winchester Farmers Market season by opening a fall market in October and November. The market is located at the Taylor Pavilion, just off the Loudoun Street Mall, Saturdays October – November. This is the same location as the summer market.
The Fall Farmers Market includes some summer favorites like Bigg Riggs Farm (Augusta, WV) and Bethlehem Farm (Winchester, VA) as well as a new bakery Elegant Edibles by Erin. The market features seasonal produce, apples, meats, eggs, bread, pies and a wide range of baked goods. Bethlehem Farms will offer fresh turkeys for Thanksgiving in November.
The goal of the Old Town Farmers Market continues to be to provide fresh, local food and agricultural products directly from farmers and producers to residents while creating an enjoyable atmosphere that contributes to a prosperous downtown and promotes a sense of community in Old Town Winchester.
