The Outdoor Movie Series continues this Thursday, July 10th with a screening of the hit animated film The Nut Job. Bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy a night outside in Old Town. Movie goers are encouraged to come downtown early to have dinner at one of Old Town Winchester’s fantastic restaurants, check out the unique shops or just take a walk to see the newly renovated Loudoun Street Mall. Popcorn and other food vendors will be available each evening.
Plot Summary from IMDb.com: An incorrigibly self-serving exiled squirrel finds himself helping his former park brethren raid a nut store to survive, that is also the front for a human gang’s bank robbery.
As with the rest of the movie series, the show will begin at dusk (approx. 8:45 pm), and screened on the lawn of the 1840 Courthouse. All movies in the Outdoor Movie Series are FREE and open to the public.
