An open house will take place October 27th on the fourth floor of Rouss City Hall in order for the public to submit feedback on the Loudoun Street Mall Infrastructure Improvement Project proposal.  All are welcome to come between 4pm and 7pm.

Proposed improvements include a fountain/ice rink, public restroom, gateways on either side of the mall, new utility lines, and more.  Click here for more details on the project.
