Sundays at the Taylor Pavilion

NEW EVENT: In partnership with Valley Health and its Wellness Center, Shape Up Sundays is being developed to offer a health-oriented monthly series at the Taylor Pavilion. Held one Sunday per month, June through September, each event will feature free outdoor classes ranging from yoga to Jazzercise, aerobics, running, climbing and even hula hooping. Event partners, including Valley Health, Dharma Yoga Studio, Mountain Trails and Runners Retreat, will host a number of classes starting between 10:30 am and 3:15 pm. On select days and in addition to regular classes, Runner’s Retreat will host a group run, while Mountain Trails will recommend a hike at one of the Shenandoah Valley’s local hiking trails.
