The Friday Night Live series will be hosted at the newly renovated Taylor Pavilion, located behind the Taylor Smokehouse. The venue provides amphitheater style seating in a rustic natural setting that provides a humble environment to enjoy good friends, music, and food. Without a bad seat in the house this is a great way to discover great new music while enjoying all that Old Town has to offer.
The Shenandoah Arts Council and Winchester Art Market will be setting up locally crafted art and crafts for sale on both the north and south end of the walking mall. “The addition of the art markets has been well received by consumers who enjoy strolling and visiting the shops and artists,” said Dario Savarese, President of Full Circle Marketing. Thrilling street entertainment and performers such as: acoustic guitar players, caricaturist, balloon animal creations, a special guided historical tour of Old Town Winchester and more will provide free family-friendly fun suitable for all ages. Also in the Hable parking lot, across from the splash pad, will be a basketball hoop, foosball table, and cornhole boards available for use.
