Old Town Development Board meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Rouss City Hall. Meetings are currently being held in Council Chambers. All regular meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Development Board are open to the public. The May 2018 meeting will be held on the second Thursday of the month.
