Old Town Advancement Commission meetings are typically held on the first Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in Rouss City Hall. Meetings are currently being held in Council Chambers. All regular meetings of the City of Winchester Old Town Advancement Commission are open to the public. The July 2019 meeting will be held on the second Thursday of the month.
