Spring is a time of new beginnings and Old Town Winchester is filled with new businesses springing up all over town. Throughout April several new businesses will be opening, most of them food related.
The much-anticipated Chef’s Market will be opening in the Taylor Hotel Fly Tower building offering a variety of fresh local produce, dairy, and meat items. If you don’t feel like cooking stop by the new Fresco Kitchen at 6 S. Loudoun Street, featuring fresh local ingredients for dine-in or take out options. Already open in OTW is Dine One-One a cool concept for the busy professional. Order meals ahead for the week and pick them up on your way home. The pickup location is the Indian Alley side of the Bright Center.
Looking for something a little more decadent? Try out Moe’s Donut Shop which will be opening later this month on Piccadilly Street. All donuts are made on premises offering a variety of selections. Edible Elegance by Erin will also be opening this month at the South end of the Loudoun Street Walking Mall, offering bagels, breads and cakes.
The only non-food related opening is A World of Healing, an art based retails store offering consultation services on South Loudoun Street. Of course, the Apple Blossom store is open for business in Old Town Winchester just for Apple Blossom season. It is again located on Cork Street.
