From the guide:
“Old Town Winchester is located within the center of our 45-block National Register Historic District and features a quaint pedestrian mall bursting with outdoor cafés, specialty retail shops, and fun activities throughout the year. Located in the heart of the oldest city west of the Blue Ridge Mountains, OTW is a place where you can stroll the streets that George Washington, Stonewall Jackson, Admiral Richard E. Byrd, and Patsy Cline all once walked. With over 30 places to eat and 50 retail shops OTW has something for everyone.”
