Who’s behind the sinister plot? Enjoy an educational and mysterious guided tour through the historic Rouss City Hall in Old Town Winchester. Be amazed as you travel through time, discover clues and solve the mystery of who committed the murder! This 113-year-old, six-level building (including attic) holds plenty of secrets and characters from the past to keep you guessing and entertained.  Read more.

George Washington HotelFarm to Table Dinner: The George Washington Hotel and the Frederick County Farm Bureau are proud to present a Farm-to-Table Dinner on Friday, September 27. The George Washington Hotel’s Head Chef, Daniel Agregaard, has designed a delicious meal featuring Locally Sourced Ingredients. Attendees will be treated to guest speakers – including a Surprise Chef – who will talk about sustainable agriculture, healthy food choices, and the important role that farming plays in the future of rural communities.

Main Street Ag DayMain Street Agriculture Day: Bring the family, bring a friend and come on down to theOld Town Walking Mall on Saturday, September 28 between 10am and 4pm and experience local agriculture in a whole new way.  The event will let you meet with local farmers and learn the importance of supporting local agriculture, sample local produce and watch cooking demonstrations by Old Town chefs, interact with live animals, find out where the wool in your favorite sweater comes from, and watch live bees make honey.More than 20 local vendors will be selling fruits, vegetables, plants, herbs, dairy products, wine, and honey.  Read more.
