Tony ConnerWatercolor Workshop:  Hometown Tony Conner, now a resident of Bennington, VT, will be at the Arts Council to teach a three-day watercolor color class from March 15th to the 18th. This expanded, three-day workshop is for anyone who is either new to watercolor or who has been working with the medium for some time but is still finding it frustrating. Over the course of the three day workshop, we’ll cover the fundamental elements of successful watercolor painting, including the “secret” to create glowing, transparent washes, mixing the color you want every time, understanding tonal value and value structure and planning your painting for success.  Read More.
